Safety management rules for stamping

The Ministry of machinery machine words (1985) 60A

Chapter I General rules

The first article is to strengthen the management of stamping safety production and ensure the personal safety.

The second rule stipulates the design, manufacture, use and management of stamping machines, safety devices and moulds. The design, manufacture and use units of stamping machines should be formulated and implemented according to the regulations.

The third equipment applicable to this regulation: mechanical press, cold extrusion press, shearing machine, plate bending press.

The second chapter design and manufacture

The safety technical requirements of the fourth stamping machinery should be carried out according to the relevant regulations of JB3350-83 "safety technical conditions of mechanical press".

The design, manufacture and acceptance of the fifth stamping machinery shall be in accordance with the following standards:

(1) JB1829-76 "general technical conditions for forging and pressing machinery";

(two) JB1646-75 "technical conditions for open press";

(three) JB1279-81 "technical condition of closed single and double point press";

(four) JB1295-77 "technical conditions of shearing machine";

(five) JB2936-81 "technical conditions of closed cold extrusion press";

(six) JB2257-77 "technical conditions for sheet bending press";

(seven) other technical conditions relating to stamping machinery.

Sixth safety technical requirements for the whole machine:

(1) the exposed parts of the bed, slider, protective cover, safety facilities and so on, and no sharp edges;

(two) the rotating parts, such as flywheel, pulley, belt, gear and so on, should be covered with protective cover.

(three) the equipment should be well grounded to prevent electric shock;

(four) there should be appropriate local lighting on the equipment, and a movable or fixed type can be designed according to the actual situation.

(five) the equipment, especially the medium and large equipment, is usually set up a safety pillar in order to prevent slide or misuse of the equipment when the mold is adjusted. The safety pillar should be interlocked with the main transmission control of the equipment, and its strength should be able to support the weight of the slider and the upper die.

(six) the highest place of the high equipment should be displayed with a red indicator and painted with the stripes between yellow and black to prevent the mistake of the car.

(seven) equipment with pneumatic friction clutch or inch rigid clutch should calibrate the actual stop time. The actual stopping time is the time when the curved wheel is transferred to about 90 degrees, after the rush button is connected to the complete stop of the slider.

The safety requirements of the seventh main components are:

(1) bed body:

1. the strength and stiffness of the bed must be checked and tested.

2. tilting body tilting angle adjusting and fixing mechanism must be safe and reliable, to prevent falling. Manual adjustment and fixed position are generally only allowed on the side of the equipment.

(two) slider:

1. the regulating part of the closed height should be provided with a two-way limit limit device.

There should not be a bolt, nut or rod that is too prominent on the 2. slider. If not already, the shield should be used.

(three) clutch and brake:

1. rigid clutch (including an inch rigid clutch) of the key (including the key handle) or sliding lock, should have enough strength.

2. the design of the belt brake equipped with the rigid clutch should calculate the strength according to the actual braking angle, and should be easy to adjust.

3., the pneumatic friction clutch and brake should have reliable interlocking device, so as to prevent the excessive time of the combination and cause the actual braking angle to be too large or interfere with each other, resulting in the attrition of the friction disc.

The design of a brake with a 4. inch rigid clutch should take into account the braking torque caused by the slider and the upper die.

(four) the control system of the clutch:

1. the installation position of the control cam of the rigid clutch should be ensured that the crankshaft is stopped at the dead point at the time of single stroke, and the tolerance of the crankshaft is about 5 degrees.

2. the rigid clutch in the single stroke must have a mechanical protection device to prevent the continuous flushing.

When the 3. inch clutch is in a single stroke, there must be a double electrical interlocking protection device that prevents continuous flushing.

During the single stroke of the 4. pneumatic friction clutch, the crankshaft should be kept at the top dead point, and the allowance is + 5 to - 10 degrees.

During the single stroke of the 5. pneumatic friction clutch, there must be some measures to prevent the continuous flushing, such as the use of double couplet solenoid valves.

(five) the starting mechanism of the clutch:

The handle of the 1. handle is pushed directly (or pulling or pressing), and no more than 1.5 kilograms force is not allowed when the left hand is operated. The right hand does not exceed 2 kilograms of force. Each handle shall not exceed 1.5 kilograms of force when operating with a double handle.

The left, right and upper sides of the treadle on the 3. foot pedal should be closed. The space of the foot should be spacious and the surface of the pedal should be skidproof.

The pedal force of the 4. foot pedal can not be too large and should not exceed 4 kilograms of force when sitting, and no more than 5 kilograms force should be allowed when the operation is standing. The downward displacement of the pedal must not exceed 60 millimeters.

(six) steps, platforms and guardrails:

The 1. step should be interlocked with the main drive control, that is to say, when the ladder is climbing, the main drive control should be broken.

The 2. step's distance between the pedals is recommended to be around 300 millimeters. The width of the ladder is recommended to be 450 millimeters. The minimum distance between the ladder and the bed surface is recommended to be 180 millimeters.

The 3. step height of over 5 meters, 3 meters above the ladder in the site should be set up protective rings;

4. equipment fuselage top height more than 3 meters, a maintenance platform and guardrail. On the platform deck should be anti slide, tilt the edge of at least 40 mm, the height is 1050 mm above the recommended guardrail.
